In late June 2012, Facebook gave you a new email address, and sort of took away your real address. Changing it back is easy with these simple steps:

On your timeline / homepage click “About” under your basic contact info

On the lower-right side under “Contact info” click the edit button

For the email address YOU WANT TO BE SEEN, change the crossed out circle icon to a full circle

For the email address YOU WANT HIDDEN, make the icon crossed out
CLICK the BLUE “Save” button
